Duncan James to play Billy Flynn in Chicago

A big change is coming to the West End’s Phoenix Theatre, as Duncan James will be taking the place of Martin Kemp in the role of Billy Flynn in the theatre’s production of Chicago. Duncan is no stranger to the world-famous musical, as he originally took on this role all the way back in 2008. This, however, is his first time in a decade playing the part, and he brings 10 more years of experience and wisdom with him as he joins the already star-studded cast of Alexandra Burke, Josefina Gabrielle, Mazz Murray, and Paul Rider.

Chicago is a timeless comedy that tells the story of two murderous female performers who rival each other during the years of prohibition in Al Capone’s gangster friendly city of Chicago.
